The eighteenth season of the American competitive reality television series Hell's Kitchen (officially known as Hell's Kitchen: Rookies vs. Veterans) began airing on September 28, 2018 on Fox. The finale saw Ariel facing off against veteran chef Mia Castro, with Ariel ultimately claiming victory and the prestigious executive chef position at Hell's Kitchen Las Vegas.
