A group of 10 true crime obsessives are invited to the opening weekend of the newly renovated Cold River Motel, the site of a 30-year-old unsolved satanic mass murder. Eager to uncover the dark secrets of the infamous location, the guests soon find themselves trapped by a violent storm that cuts off all communication and escape routes. As tensions rise and paranoia sets in, history begins to repeat itself—one by one, the guests are hunted down in increasingly brutal and ritualistic ways, mirroring the original massacre but with even more horrifying twists. With no way out and trust eroding among the survivors, they must confront the terrifying possibility that the killer may not only be among them but could also be something far more sinister. As the body count climbs, the remaining guests realize the motel’s cursed past is far from over, and they are now part of its gruesome legacy.
