Story follows four young men who have just turned 21 years of age. Lee Choo-Won (Seo Jun-Young) is an athlete who can not forget his past love. Ma Goo-Rim (Baek Sung-Hyun) was once a popular singer, but because of a drug scandal is mired in despair. Choi Seo-Won (Choi Tae-Hwan) is a medical student at prestigious Seoul National University, but he has leukemia. Sung Dae-Sung (Byun Woo-Seok) is a rebellious troublemaker with a hidden heart of gold. The four friends, each struggling with their own personal demons, decide to embark on a reckless road trip across South Korea. Along the way, they confront their fears, regrets, and dreams while testing the limits of their friendship. As they speed through life's challenges, they learn the true meaning of living in the moment and the bonds that hold them together. The film blends drama, humor, and poignant moments as it explores youth, mortality, and the pursuit of happiness.
