Lonely teenager Mia, grieving the loss of her mother, finds solace in a mysterious ceramic hand that allows her to communicate with spirits. Drawn to the adrenaline rush of the supernatural, she and her friends begin experimenting with the artifact, unaware of the dangers it holds.
