In 1919 South America, a landowner's wife is desperate for a child of her own, having suffered through multiple miscarriages. She finds hope, however, in a seemingly outlandish plan: She'll pray to a mythical deity to resurrect her stillborn son. The plan works, and her child is miraculously brought back to life. But with the child comes something else, something dark and evil. As the boy grows, strange and terrifying events begin to unfold around the estate. The mother soon realizes that the entity she summoned is not just a blessing—it's a curse that threatens to consume her family. Haunted by supernatural forces, she must confront the horrifying consequences of her desperate pact before it's too late.
