Michael is a successful actor, but he has a dark secret from his past: as a young man, he stabbed his father to death. He and his girlfriend Deborah visit his mother's estate for a weekend getaway. They are joined by the director and other members of his recent film project, but the superstitious housekeeper Oliver gives the guests a cold and unwelcoming reception. As the weekend unfolds, strange and unsettling events begin to plague the guests—mysterious accidents, eerie occurrences, and escalating hostility. Michael grows increasingly paranoid, fearing that history is repeating itself and that the violence of his past is resurfacing. Tensions rise, suspicions mount, and the line between reality and nightmare blurs. With the atmosphere thick with dread, Michael must confront his demons before another tragedy strikes—or risk losing everything once again.
