Three years after having survived the events of the first film, Michelle (Lexi Dripps) is now in college. However, she is still haunted by the trauma of that night, struggling with the unanswered questions of what truly happened after what she believed was just a ritualistic attack that claimed the lives of all her friends. With the ban on Halloween finally lifted in her hometown, the sorority girls of Gamma Tau Psi appoint Michelle and her best friend Heather to organize the annual haunted house. As they prepare for the event, strange occurrences begin to unsettle Michelle, making her question whether the horrors of her past are truly behind her. When the night of the haunted house arrives, Michelle’s worst fears are realized as uninvited trick-or-treaters from her past come knocking—bringing with them a darkness far more terrifying than any Halloween scare.
