In this suspense drama, three men – Alex, Greger and Henrik – spend an extended weekend in a remote cabin, intending to hunt deep in the Swedish woods. Their plan is to go duck hunting on a lake and stalk deer in the woods. An initial spell of hunting success sharpens their instincts and stirs a sense of rivalry. But one day all animals vanish without a trace and the forest turns eerily quiet. Yet the men are determined to continue the hunt. As tensions rise between them, strange occurrences begin to unsettle the group. Unexplained noises echo through the trees, and shadows move where there should be none. The hunters soon realize they are no longer the ones doing the hunting—something unseen is stalking them. Paranoia takes hold as trust between the men erodes, and their survival instincts clash with their fraying sanity. Trapped in the silent wilderness, they must confront not only the mysterious force lurking in the forest but also the darkness within themselves. What started as a simple hunting trip descends into a fight for survival, where the line between predator and prey blurs beyond recognition.
