Late sixteenth century. A Tameme Indian man and a noble Spanish woman flee through the dense forests of the New World, pursued by forces determined to keep them apart. As they navigate treacherous terrain and evade capture, their initial distrust and cultural barriers begin to crumble under the weight of shared hardship. The wilderness becomes both their sanctuary and their trial, forcing them to rely on each other for survival. Amidst the chaos, an unexpected connection blossoms—one that defies the rigid social hierarchies of their time.
