The Potter family has just moved to a rented apartment in San Francisco. Harry Potter Sr. and his wife Anne are bringing the packages to the apartment while their son Harry Jr. and their little daughter Wendy stay on the sidewalk. Wendy wanders off to the laundry room, where she encounters the wicked troll Torok. Torok uses his magic ring to possess Wendy, taking over her form to transform the building's dwellers and their apartment into other trolls, creating his dark kingdom. Harry Jr. senses that something is wrong with his sister and seeks help from Eunice St. Clair, a good witch who lives in the building. Together, they must find a way to stop Torok's evil plan, break his spell, and save Wendy and the other residents before the entire building is lost to the troll's curse. The story unfolds as a battle between good and evil, with Harry Jr. and Eunice racing against time to restore peace and free the trapped souls from Torok's monstrous reign.
